About Us

I provide individual therapy that is heavily informed by the evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to psychotherapy. IFS helps bring compassion and healing to the soul and helps to create the internal shifts and freedom that can bring about change. Here you will find a supportive space for personal growth and opportunity to discover the next right steps in your situation. And the lingering gift of IFS is that it isn’t just a therapy model for addressing problems or a non-pathologizing way of understanding yourself and your relationships. IFS provides experiences and tools which can support you in developing a lifestyle of meaningful self-reflection and real self-care.

I am certified in the Gottman Method of couples therapy (since 2008) and provide thorough relationship assessments and therapy based on the world renowned research of John Gottman (see www.Gottman.com). Here you will find help with restoring friendships, managing conflict, healing relationship hurts and traumas, supporting each other's life dreams, and reconnecting again over what it means to do life together.
